While filming the trails of Grandfather Mountain for the State Rangers, I finally made it to the top of MacRae peak for the last time, and for the second time that day from the opposite side. The fog cleared up just enough for me to capture a view of the valley below. The trail footage will be used to provide a virtual tour for disabled individuals who would never see the park otherwise. I was disappointed by cloudy weather for several days. And being able to use this finally clear footage for the virtual tour was very moving.
